Sod Madness is back by popular demand!
Due to the spring drought and hot summer, sod madness has been delayed. Plans are under way for mid September. Many homeowners are having issues with their lawns because of sprinklers and/or poorly nourished soil. Over the summer, homeowners should be checking sprinklers and calling for professional help, if needed. Before placing sod, the soil will most likely require tilling and fertilizer/manure addition. Many of the problems could be fixed over the summer. The property manager will be issuing non compliance letters for lawns that are not being maintained. If you receive a letter, please make sure you let the property manager know what your plans are for improving your yards.
