| 2005 HOA Meeting Update |

Impressive member turnout and voting results for annual meeting. Thank you to everyone who submitted proxies and/or came to the meeting. This was our best turnout with more than 60% of homeowners participating in the meeting through attendance or proxy. For those who could not make it, or had to leave early, here are the results of the votes. ====================================================== AMEND THE BYLAWS ARTICLE IV SECTION 1 – TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF DIRECTORS FROM 3 TO 5 PASSED ====================================================== REMOVAL OF SUSAN LOFVERS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PASSED ====================================================== ELECTION OF DIRECTORS Secondary to the above votes, four new directors were elected. Chris Bartholomew Tom Temmel Pete Arisman Chris Carey Congratulation gentlemen! From here, the new Board will meet and determine which individuals will hold each position. Three Board members will serve three year terms and one new Board member will serve out the remaining two years of the removed Board Member. |
